Thanks Keith :)

Just trying to get everyone up to date, so this thread is here for members to advise their info. I shall go and update yours for you now :D

Edit: Ah, ok, I see the confusion for you. We have been recording rainfall for many members this year, the results are in the map at the bottom of this thread. If you go to the map and click on one of the "dots" you will be able to see the rainfall data as recorded by that particular member.

If you would like to have your rainfall included on the map, please advise month/rainfall to me and I will add to the map for you :)

We will get that fixed for you Keith no problems.

This is a great resource and we may be able to provide more detailed information in the future relating to other weather phenomena. It is all part of building a friendly interactive site.

Hope everyone is enjoying themselves :)

Don't want to give away my exact location but courtesy of Google Maps this is the Pig & Whistle Pub which is close enough (hope they don't mind) ! :D

Haha, yes great pub - I was up there a few years ago and they had my old favourite on tap - Timothy Taylor's Landlord Bitter. Takes me back to my Uni days... Geoff, where in the UK are you from? I'm from Cheshire, been here 6 years :)

My lat/long are 37, 47, 12S, 145, 22 7E.
Give us plenty of warning for a dinner at the Pig, time off can be a bit hard to get.

Just realised I'd only put in June rainfall records here. I've been taking my own records for over a year, so here are the year's falls so far.

January: 94mm (78.8mm above average)
February: 15mm (bang on average)
March: 15mm (15.4mm below average)
April: 73mm (11.4mm above average)
May: 93mm (22.6mm below average)
June: 109mm (16.3mm below average)
July: 151mm (6mm above average)

YTD: 550mm
