OUCH!!! More power to you! I cannot stand Burpees, I vomit at the thought of doing that! But go you!

I am doing a boot camp once a week and last night was perpetual motion and I nearly spewed! But good to feel the soreness this morning, still lots of work to do!

Where you headed?

Just on 32km of running the past two days. Quite sore now so heading to gym to do more upper body.

Eating has been good too and continuing to maintain a really good pattern of work, rest and play! :)

I am glad you had a good time! I am having a rest week - however did 21km run on Monday and will do another 5km run tomorrow and 21km run on Sunday just gave my body a good rest in between.

Plan will be changing up in July as I go more resistence training and lessen the cardio.

now its time to let you know about this event..!
Yep I can feel a little more confident that I can achieve what I have to achieve on the day.

For me last week was ridiculous training that led to burpee practice on Monday and only able to achieve 5 mins,
a far cry from the 30 that my partner and I have to achieve, Wednesday was rest. thursday friday single sessions, sat double session, sunday 20klm walk, monday a 6am and 9.30 session, no joy on burpees after that and probably understandable.
So this week taking it at even pace, tuesday session, wednesday single session follwed by 15 minutes of burpee's woo hoo.
Then full on practice with my partner yesterday after a session, 10 burpee's then rest while partners does her 10.. we managed to hit the 20 minute Goal. Very happy to achieve this and wasnt so bad after all. bit stiff in spots of course. we didnt count numbers as its duration at present as time is running out. but looking at it we did 10 each in under the first minute, so we could be spitting out the 500 in our half hour..

Feel free to pass it on to anyone whom wish's to participate or even better still wants to come and do some burpee's
still a long way off for the $75,000.00 but I do believe they are at $45,000.00 already.
Aim is for some celebrity's to help promote the day... ?? any thoughts..?
As you know Sept 7th someone came along and threw a election in.. how dare they.. didnt they know it was Burpee Day.. ! OMJ..

depends on type of Burpee, this one is only hands down feet back feet under and jump start again.
No press in it.. so not that bad at all.. mind you today we had to do 20 - 3 times at the end of a session,
and I struggled with these.. blimey burpee's.. get ups are just as hard..
