Hey Shell -

Been off sick the past few days with severe tooth issues which have now been rectified. However in saying that in the past weeks to take my mind off the pain I completed 26km run in 2hrs25mins, my fatest 5km in 21mins, and did about 200km of cardio in January plus weights.

Lost another 4kg for the month after the Christmas festivites.

Got to go in strong once I have recovered to make winter easier to deal with!! :)

Also moving into nightshifts at work to, from Sunday night!! So will be reversing the time I exercise to mornings and perhaps in the evenings if I am too tired after shifts. But I will stick to a winning routine!!

Looking forward to losing another 2kg this month with weights thrown is as well, might be another week away from weights however :(

You are smashing it! Awesome stuff!

Hope the people are reading this are getting inspired because I certainly am!! :)

Hi Shell, I will be doing the intermediate program mainly at the gym. I already have a membership & what I currently do there is very similar to MB's program. Also want to dust of that rather expensive bike I have sitting in my garage & start riding again. I was also inspired by my 1km fitness test & want to improve my running, so plenty to keep me busy with the exercising!!! Not that exercise has ever been the issue for me have always loved it just love eating more!!!!!! Down another 1/2kg since Wednesday so have lost nearly 5.5kgs in pre season - very happy with that!

Nice work this week Michelle. I ended up having to go on nightshift for the coming 2 months and have had to take some time out to adjust. I have been for three 12km walks and 2km runs to keep my fitness up. My weekend starts this morning so I will try and get a gym session in and a 15km run in across the weekend.

Then back to it on nights next week.

Trying to maintain a similar diet to what I had in the daytime hours.

It is a difficult thing!!

My brothers in laws used to do some nights. One handled it better than the other but it just wrecked them eventually, couple months and they were beat. So take care adjusting.

Had lost another 500gms this week with all the dental craziness I have been going through. Another 2 fillings today and stitches removed so I can now eat somewhat normally. First thing I got was a cheeseburger and I am not ashamed to say I hoovered that down my face!

Anyway another 60km of cardio this week and a few weight sessions, just maintaining the body ATM. Will start to move into full conditioning probably over Autumn as I settle down at work.

Loving the cardio in the morning after work too - nice to relax before bed!

Nice to see you smashing it Shell! :)

Monday double, Tuesday 1 session, Wednesday won basketball and resigned after 2 games, not worth an injury. Thursday doing a session, thinking about a double but see how day goes. Didn't like the scales clean eating but need to cut amount back. Grrrrrrr.
