Hello everyone!!

For the past two years, The Australian Weather Forum has opened an AFL footy tipping competition, and guess what, we've decided to do it again!!

The next season of the AFL football is upon us and the official competiton will begin later this month folloing the NAB Cup.

It is now time to register your interest in participating in this year's Australian Weather Forum Tipping Competition. It's free and easy, and will be run through the http://www.footytips.com.au website. If you're new to this type of competition, welcome, it's a blast, and for all you returners, no doubt it's going to be one heck of a battle to get that top spot for another year. Not to mention the new Sydney team thrown in to the mix, so it's going to be an epic year again!

To enter the competition, follow these simple steps:

1. Register your details by creating an account with the http://www.footytips.com.au website. If you already have an account, you're set to go. **
2. Leave your interest to participate in this competition by posting below in this topic.
3. I will send a private message to you personally, with the details on how to join the competition.

**If possible, use your forum name upon registration in the 'alias' section of the footytips website.

And that's it!!

For the past two years, a prize has been offered for the winner of our tipping competition. At this stage, no prize has been confirmed, but we are hopeful one will be available. Stay tuned for further details.

Is there an age limit? I'm only just about to turn 17, I thought you had to be over 18 to bet or something...

Hi Pete!! There is no age limit at all!! And it's not betting, think of it as a school tipping competition, you select your teams each week who you think will win, and that's it. Just a normal footy tipping competition. So would you like to enter?

Scored 8 from 8 in AFL round 2, but no free hamburger voucher was available although it says so at the tipping end.
