This is what remains of a friend of a friend's boat at Eildon - we were only out with them a week ago! They had problems with it that day (I've no idea what), so ended up going back in early to try and sort it out while we all stayed out on the lake. Luckily nobody was injured, the two in the boat at the time were "singed" apparently. From what I've been told, they were about to put the kids in

The name of the boat says it all. "FATE".
Haven't seen a boat fire on the Lake for 10 years or so.
Thankfully no-one was hurt!!
