It appears the steady rain has eased off slightly in Melbourne. Someone mentioned that there is a rain/cloud band near King Island. If the rain is dissipating in Melbourne, will the rain from King Island come here? Or will the rain just dye off in the nxt 2 hours or so leaving us to wonder what happ...

SOOO frustrating listening to the radio talking about all the rain in the western areas. That should have been melbourne lol.It looked that way a few days ago.But gut feeling says we will still get a lot of rain tonight

Bureau just confirmed that only patchy light rain and light winds tomorrow morning for Melbourne, before deteriorating during the afternoon. The heaviest rain at this stage is looking to be in the otways, and the bureau says hopefully we won't get as intense rainfall as the otways.HOPEFULLY??? I hop...

I didn't notice, but you're right Karl. It has started to come in from a somewhat easterly direction. I was dissapointed that the rain band from the North-east missed me, but now look forward to some developing rain from the east for now
