Re: Late summer cool/cold snap Feb 18th to Feb 21st

Looks like the central QLD trough has pushed South overnight. Will this add a bit of extra spice once the cold pool moves through?

Re: Cooler & Wetter 13 Feb >

Regular short sharp showers here. I don't have a rain gauge but the paving was dry this morning. At best about 1mm so far. Just saw a flash and heard a few rumbles over the Warburton ranges area.

Currently at Yellingbo for the weekend.

No rain as yet but still warm.

Very light drizzle here in McKinnon at the moment.

Just got a big gumtree chopped down yesterday and have about 5 cubic metres of mulch ready to go on the garden, might
wait until tomorrow now! 8-)

In McKinnon it's very grey at the moment, but not enough above yet to indicate storms soon.....heard a few rumbles but no lightning as yet.

Re: Victoria - Tropical rain event - February 2nd-8th 2010

Literally just a few large drops here in McKinnon, lasted about 5 minutes, not enough to register any interest.

At least the evap cooler can handle temps of 20 degree even if it's a tad humid!
