Bendigo AWS has hit 422mm YTD (slightly below average), although we're closer to 460mm in Kangaroo Flat.

A very high cloud-base storm over parts of Bendigo at present. It's chucking out some CGs, but no precip yet.

Yesterday there was a decent storm over Lake Eppalock and surrounds. Redesdale got 20mm in it.

Unfortunately quite a bit of frost in the Wimmera overnight. That could impact grain crops.

Cold. Some local frost in parts of Northern Vic this morning. Not good for crops.

Looks dry for us. But not a bad thing given crops need to dry out. Interestingly it could be a bigger grain crop in Vic this year than last, due to the lack of flood damage.

Apart from the occasional warm day, it looks quite mild for the rest of October.
