My max today was 5.6°. Beanie weather.

Spring-like weather here today , sun, cloud, showers, wind and repeat.
Just ducked home for lunch and it was only 5.5° up there. Currently 8° at work in Macedon.

Frosty -4° at work in Macedon this morning. It was frosty +2° at home on the mountain.
-4° at Woodend and -4.4° at Trentham.
Proper cold morning for this very mild July.

Yes it's boring as hell. 18 in Melbourne yesterday and an even 10°max at my place. To think when I first started recording at Mt Macedon twenty years ago I could get the entire winter and longer without going over 10° now I get at least one or two higher than 10 days in each winter month.

I was at the lookout on the peak of Mt William at Gariwerd this arvo just as the change rolled through. Was brisk!

55mm for the 24hours to 9am at my house. Just under 80mm since Sunday arvo. By comparison there was only 21mm where I work five km from home at Macedon. Rain shadowed again. The enire 24hours of Wednesday remained above 10° at my place. I don't think I've ever seen that happen in any winter month in...

It's so weird to be so warm in June. 12.3° at 11pm at Mt Macedon in June is unforgivable.

May for me was really cold. Mean max was only 7.5° and I had 23 days with a max less than 10°. More like June than May.

A frosty -2° for me at work this morning in Macedon. It was a much milder 5° five km away at home on Mt Macedon.
Short distance, big difference.

Certainly is cold. My May median maximum temp so far is 8.4°.
Twelve days of the month so far have failed to reach 10° and the warmest day so far was 13.3°.
Feels like winter already.

Freezing day for me, 0.7° min and 3.6° max.
Both yesterday and today came in under the forecast max.
A 3.6° max would not be out of place in July but its pretty impressive for early May.
