Doesn't seem to be quite as windy as Wednesday night but already had four trees down in the Donvale/Doncaster area.

That mini rain band out near Ballarat seems to be giving up and studiously avoiding Melbourne for the moment at least.

Watching that rain on the radar creep slowly up the bay, the suspense is killing me!

Got the boat crews ready in case of any flooding issues on the Yarra.

Beautiful morning in the eastern suburbs, some high cloud around, plenty of sun and a good morning to be clearing out the gutters before the onslaught (hopefully) hits this week.

Was coming down nice and steady about 15 mins ago at Nunawading Station. The gods were smiling on me as the bus pulled up just as I got out of the station

Wind was picking up a fair bit when I went to bed ; no 2am callouts to cut up any trees however, in fact a quiet weekend all round as far as storm damage in our area is concerned.

Light grey overcast sky and light rain falling for the past 10 mins or so here in Doncaster. Left the washing out as long as possible!

Not sure if that heavier stuff to the north is going to make it here though?
