Re: Warm then a strong front: December 7 to 10
Quite unremarkable, light rain along Peninsula Link, wipers off by East Link. Radar overestimating.

Re: Summer begins Dec 1-5th Warm to Hot then Stormy
Sitting on Safety Beach can see sparks over towards Geelong. Looks like a small storm crossing the bay, northerly picking up now.

Re: Vic: Epic low pressure sequence over SE AUS - Sept 28 - Oct 4 2016
Ok ready for some warmer weather now, it's October
Starc contrast to last year, for memory we were just about to head into 7 days of 30+.
As a heat lover, I have a feeling this summer could be one to forget.

Showers off and on in Mount Waverley, a couple with hail, really blowing out there now.

Annnnd as soon as I type this it's gone
Solid 1.5mins there!
Rye down to Portsea seems to be bucketing according to radar, everything above and east bone dry.

Re: Vic: Epic low pressure sequence over SE AUS - Sept 28 - Oct 4 2016
Heavy patch sitting over Ballarat region now, decent amount in it will be interesting to see if it can get over the force field.
All in all though great day weather wise. So good to finally feel some decent warmth!

Re: Vic: Epic low pressure sequence over SE AUS - Sept 28 - Oct 4 2016
No faith for either system so far, force field wiping out the first band and I reckon will do the same for the second.
I'm sat on my deck in Safety Beach with a few beers waiting for either of these to roll over, think I'll be here longer than I thought!

Re: Vic: Epic low pressure sequence over SE AUS - Sept 28 - Oct 4 2016
Still nothing on the Peninsula, not a breath of wind and contrary what the radar is saying, no rain. What seems to be coming down from the NE looks to be breaking up over the bay. Hoping to wake during the night to something better.

Re: Vic: Epic low pressure system over SE AUS - Sept 28 - 30 2016
Hey all!
Long time lurker first time poster thanks to this system, have been watching it evolve over the past 4-5 days and finally decided to join.
Will be eagerly watching this one from the Mornington Peninsula.
Bring it on!
