Been very windy and very cold here. Ballarat Airport recorded a gust of 80kmh earlier Maxed out at 7.8c at the Airport. Reached just 7.3c here in Sebastopol with 16mm's of rain since yesterday afternoon. Looks different next week with temperatures over 20c (23c) expected on Friday. Will be our first...

I got 40.8mm's here in Sebastopol the 24 hours to 9am.
As mentioned earlier Ballarat Airport had a June daily record of 46.2mm's.
Almost up to the June average already.

After the warmest night in June in Ballarat for 10 years yesterday. Just 1.8mm's for me in the 24 hours to 9am.
Ballarat Airport had 5.2mm's though.
Also following on from Ballarat's warmest June day since 2005 on Sunday.
This morning Min of 11.0c was the warmest night since 1/06/2013 - 11.1c

Missed out on most of the rain here in the last 27 hours. Just 0.4mm's since 9am yesterday at my place (compared with over 25mm's in Melbourne (Olympic Park) for the same period. No Fizzer here in the end but not as much as most of Melbourne had.
21.6mm's up to 9am this morning, none since - MTD is now 68.4mm's
Ballarat Airport had 21.4mm's - MTD is 76mm's - Long term average is 51mm's .
First month above average since November last year. :D

Pretty Good storm here between 10.30am and 11.30am 9mm's from that with a peak rate of 90mm/hour.
2 really good Flangs sounded like a bomb going off.
First thunder here since January 2.

Reached 38.5c at Ballarat Airport today hottest day since 31-01-20 (39.4c)
Reached 37.7c at my place in Sebastopol also the hottest since that date.
Slowly cooling off here still 30c though.
No rain for 2 weeks and no real rain in sight. :x

Reached 35.0c at Ballarat Airport today ( I recorded 35.7c here in Sebastopol) that makes it the hottest day in Ballarat
since 31-12-2021 when it reached 35.5c at the Airport.
If it reaches the predicted 37c tomorrow that will be the hottest Day since 31-1-2020 when it hit 39.4c at Ballarat Airport.

Well just after saying that there was no chance of the temperature getting anywhere near 29c in
Ballarat today the sun came out and the Max at Ballarat was 27.0c so not too far off. :o
I recorded a Max of of 26.9c at my place here in Sebastopol.
Heatwave conditions late next week.

BOM forecast for Ballarat - Sunny and 29c.
Was sunny earlier but now low cloud has moved in
Ballarat Aiorport reached 19.2c @ 9.54am
Its now 18.0c. No way it will get anywhere near 29c

Been a cold one here in Ballarat. So far my Max has been 13.3c right now its 9.2c. Had some squally showers one with a bit of Hail about 3.30pm. 12.6mm's up to 9am and a further 4.8mm's since then. Received one mm of rain overnight, Airport got 0.6mm's Takes my MTD to 9.8mm's - Airport to 8.4mm's - monthly ave is 42mm's December was below average as well so could use some decent rain now. BTW someone asked about the Melbourne heatwave of 2014. It was in Mid January 2014 with 4 consecutice days...

So still sitting on 0.2mm's for the month and Ballarat Airport still on zero.
