lightning got turned off like a switch

Is it likely to continue after dark.???..have not had night time lightnings for a long time. Had steady rain but not enough to cause run off here...just distant booms...not as ferocious as what went north of here it seems

is the sea breeze going to drop?...so far but so close those storms to the east!

pity its not night time, would be interesting to see the lightning!

hmm I'll reserve my excitement until i actually see it happening, too many let downs in the past even though conditions have been ideal...some of the best storms or weather have been when it hasn't been predicted!

Well its certainly been a weird season, everything in the garden is a month or two behind where it should be. I also cant recall such a quiet storm season, we are yet to have a proper thunderstorm here or humidity break...as i have said before i remember having this at least a few times in december ...

whats with those severe storms that were warned about just vanishing but more forming in the west?

really odd out, rather quiet with few birds tweeing or traffic or other noise, slight breeze and everythings a weird red color with the sun filtering through the smoke

Hmm i thought there was an earthquake, i didnt feel anything but certainly heard a sound like an explosion / thunder rumble that was not "normal" and it reminded me of other times i had heard it and turned out to be an earthquake..interesting
