"BTW Where the heck has the rain gone??"
It's in Sydney and the south coast, and not doing my trees any good in Chillagoe. Maybe I won't need anyone to mow this season after all...

Yikes. I'm at Central Station in Sydney. The weather app tells me it's 21°C.
I spent my first 45 years in Sydney, don't remember it being this cold at this time of year.
Cant wait to get back to some sensible temperatures.

I'm in Kiama, NSW. No rain, just smoke.
Here's a video found on twitter the other nite. Shud be able to watch without signing in.
Think I'd rather go thru a cyclone, or anything else, than this. And the fire fighters keep doing it.

Hate being away when we're getting good weather like this..
I really really hate missing out on all this good weather....
It's actually warmed up a bit today, on the southern tip of the mainland, only 2 layers of merino.

Marakai... 42°....! No idea Chillagoe. I'm in Melbourne tonight. Been freezing at 13° mornings. Today has been warmer, but I've still got 3 layers of merino on, boots with wool socks.... and my summer trousers. 🥶🥶🥶😝 Sorry C@28 but all I can picture is the Michelin Woman, take care you don't fall ov...

Currently in Warrnambool.
Warrnambool ??
I'm afraid that,- if Planet Earth was constipated,- Warrnambool is where they would insert the enema.
My friend thinks that too. Lovely coastline though. Wild grey seas we don't see in the north. Being really cold, all day, is weird.

Chillagoe is smoky enough to challenge Sydney, maybe not that bad, but almost as bad as it was back in September last year when we had fires all around here. Where on earth is our Wet Season? It's half way through January, and fires are building up again in the Featherbeds. 34mm rain in December, an...

Still no weather to report for Chillagoe. Mostly high 30s, occasional low 40s, today is around 36. Not too bad. Cloudy. I'm starting to wonder if we will get much of a wet season at all. It lasted just on 2 months last season, with a small few individual falls after that. It was a reasonable total, ...
