Quite substantial snowfall here in Lancefield. Wasn’t expecting this!

Very impressive build up here, but Lancefield has largely missed out on the big stuff.

..and just like that, it’s over. Quite incredible, not even the odd rogue flash, just the flick of the switch and she’s off. Have not seen such a sudden end to a storm like that before.

Fantastic to see others get a good go of it tonight. A pleasant surprise!

From what I can see, it looks like an incredible storm around Kyneton atm.. right in the thick of the action for at least an hour now. Flash flooding for sure.

Not quite mate! Very close, Kyneton looks to be getting hammered big time.

I was just caught by an epic storm in Woodend. Thunder and biblical rainfall! Hard to estimate how much rain but prob 30mm in about 30mins. Nice and stormy at home at Mt Macedon, we are right on the edge of it though. Its clear to the east of here and black as scomo's coal to the west. About 10mm h...

Did ya get any vid Macca? No mate, apologies. All I can say is Benloch about 1km to my north got absolutely smashed. We just missed it. I’ve never seen a storm develop and rotate like that before. It was sucking in the air from all directions. Crazy stuff. Got away with hail the size of 20c pieces....

That cell over the Bellarine just keeps going. Avalon is being absolutely walloped!

Here we go! It looks like it’s really starting to bubble to my west on the radar.

That cell moving through the bay is a beauty.
