God that woke me up. Funny I could hear it through the vulcan wall heater first. It started rattling before the house starting shaking.

Unforturnately missed majority of the event Monday due to being bed ridden with gastro. Looking forward to more rain though. Not looking forward to getting drenched in the morning whilst doing a 3 hour training ...

Re: Vic - Potential showers/storms - 21st Dec to Boxing Day

Well just got the call from SES for all available members to help.
Lots of flood and building damage coming through. While I'm hoping this could go all night I might just be in for a long one if it does.
Still little cells popping up around Sunbury.

Over 100 SES calls in the Brimbank area, so you might end up over that way melsy :) All quiet down the bay for now, had a few rumbles before. Sure hoping so Occluded! It sure is blacker now with rumbles starting again. The last frame on 64km is showing the cell going black again around the northern...

My SES paging is going off with STW's. Not on call today but might just have to go help if needed.
Not even finished with round 2 and round 3 looks just as bad.

Well holy crap!
Rushed home from Dad's in Lysterfield just in time.
Pretty sure lighting hit very close and lost power for a minute or so.
This second one looks to be nastier heading straight for us.
Absolutley belting down now. Merry Xmas all!
